Committed to delivering top-tier childcare management software, we're happy to present our latest product updates:

Preventing Unwanted Automatic Withdrawals

Available in Unified

Previously, when a child's schedule expired, their status would automatically change to 'Withdrawn'. We've updated this behavior to accommodate instances where users close one schedule to add another, ensuring that expiring schedules no longer trigger a status change.

How this benefits you:

The improvement allows you to manage schedules and child statuses more seamlessly across platforms.

Improved Record Linking

Available in Unified

Previously, there was a potential for Enroll and Manage records to be mistakenly linked incorrectly when common names were present at the same location. The enhanced logic in our latest update effectively prevents such errors.

How this benefits you:

The updated logic significantly lowers the risk of incorrect linking between Enroll and Manage records, leading to fewer errors and maintaining accuracy in your overall record management process.

Smart Child Status Syncing

Available in Unified

Automatic syncing will now deactivate child records when marked as Lost Opportunities or Rejected in Enroll, ensuring linked Manage records and families stay in sync; reactivating when a new exportable child is added to an inactive Manage family.

How this benefits you:

By automatically deactivating child records, managing inactive families, and effortlessly reactivating them when needed, this update streamlines record management and eliminates manual cleanup tasks.

Improved Autopay Management: Accurate Payment Method Removal

Available in Engage & Manage

When the payment method associated with autopay is removed, families will now receive a pop-up confirmation to ensure that the change is intentional.

How this benefits you:

This update benefits admins by providing clear visibility in the system when a family is no longer autopay-enabled. For parents, it ensures a deliberate choice to unenroll from autopay, minimizing the risk of accidental actions.
