More Automatic Child Status Syncing Between Enroll and Manage

Great news! We've implemented automatic syncing to deactivate child records when they become Lost Opportunities or are Rejected in Enroll.

Here is how it works:

  • When a child goes to Lost Opportunity or Rejected status in Enroll, their linked Manage record is made inactive.

  • If the deactivated child record is the only child record associated with the Manage family, that family record becomes inactive too.

  • If another exportable child gets added to the inactive Manage family, the family automatically reactivates.

This keeps your child information in perfect sync.

Benefits:

  • Automatic linked child record deactivation

  • Manage families with no enrolled children go inactive

  • Reactivation when exportable children are added

  • No manual clean up needed

Such syncing saves you effort while keeping systems unified! Let us know if you have any questions.
