Previously, common names at the same location could accidentally link Enroll and Manage records incorrectly. The improved logic prevents this.
Here is how it works when linking Manage and Enroll records:
If there is only one potential name + site match, records are linked.
If there are multiple potential name matches at the same site, additional criteria like email, phone, and address are used to identify the correct record before linking.
If name, site, email, phone, and address fields can't narrow down the list of possible matches to just one, a new record is created and linked.
