Automated Withdrawal Improvements

Great news for Enroll and Manage integrated users - children will no longer be automatically withdrawn when their schedule expires!

Previously, when a child's schedule expired it triggered an automatic status change to Withdrawn. However, this behavior has been changed in recognition that sometimes a user is closing one schedule in order to add another.

Now, expiring schedules will no longer move children to Withdrawn status.

However, if a child is marked "Inactive":

  • They will automatically be moved to Withdrawn status if they were in Enrolled status.

  • They will automatically be moved to Lost Opportunity status if they were not in Enrolled status, and given a Lost Opportunity Reason of "Deactivated in Manage".

The improved integration allows you to manage schedules and child statuses more seamlessly across platforms. Let us know if you have any questions!
