Seamless Data Integration between Enroll and Manage

When locations and classes are mapped between Enroll and Manage a new automatic data sync performs the following actions:
Checks to ensure that there are no duplicate records before exporting. If an existing record is found in Manage it becomes linked to the matching Enroll record.
Exports key family and child data from Enroll to Manage.
Exports additional contacts as family members with the appropriate relationship type.

This new information sync ensures accurate and cohesive information is maintained between platforms and prevents duplicate records from being entered.
Document Sharing Across the Unified Platform

We've removed the previous limitations that prevented viewing documents in Manage from Enroll and restricted documents uploaded via the Forms integration to the child's Family, rather than the child record.

Improved Phone Number Search Functionality Across Enroll and Manage
