How it Works
When Locations and Classes are mapped between Enroll and Manage:
Key family and child data exports from Enroll to Manage automatically. This includes all records that are in an exportable status (usually Wait List through Enroll).
Additional Contacts are exported as Family members with the appropriate relationship type (i.e. Emergency Contact, Authorized Pickup).
A check to ensure that duplicate records are not created is performed before exporting a record; if an existing record is found in Manage it is linked to the matching Enroll record.
This happens in the background with no effort required beyond mapping Locations and Classes.
