Previously, the search bar in Enroll only returned Enroll records for phone lookups, and phone lookups weren't possible in the Manage search bar. But we've expanded both to include associated Manage records too!
Now when searching by phone number:
The same intelligent search logic is used across both platforms.
If your account has Enroll and Manage integrated, matching results from both systems will appear, regardless which system you use to search for phone records
Name and email address searches continue to operate as before.
It's the same unified experience whether searching contacts in Enroll or Manage.
