Committed to delivering top-tier parent engagement technology, we're thrilled to present our latest product releases:

Chronological Sorting on The Family Hub's "History" tab

Available in Enroll

The History tab now displays important milestones in a family's journey based on completion dates instead of due dates, improving accuracy in tracking events.

How this benefits you:

With improved visibility into family timelines and tasks, logically ordered by completion date, you can gain a better understanding of each family's experience, making it easier to provide tailored and responsive support.

Improved Family Balance Reporting

Available in Manage

To improve the Family Balance Report in Manage, we added filtering options for past due, prepaid, and all balances, allowing users to focus on specific family account information more easily.

How this benefits you:

This update empowers you to effortlessly prioritize specific balance types, gain better insight into which families owe money or have credits, and offers increased flexibility in tracking and managing family accounts.

Ability to Seize Security Deposit

Available in Manage

We've added a new feature in Manage that allows centers to seize security deposits and recognize them as income. When users seize a deposit, it forfeits the balance, setting it to zero, and keeping the seized amount for possible future use.

How this benefits you:

The update to seizing deposits makes it easier for you to manage forfeited balances, ensure accurate accounting, and establish a clear and consistent process for handling disputed security deposits.

Customizing Invoice Due Dates

Available in Manage

Admins can now override standard invoice due dates for individual children to accommodate approved billing extensions for families.

How this benefits you:

Now, you can effortlessly change due dates for families with approved extensions without altering global settings, giving you greater flexibility for exceptions and ensuring clear and visible due dates on child profiles.
