This new filter allows you to better focus the report on specific family balance information.
Using the Balance Type Filter
When running the Family Balance Report, you'll now see a Balance Type filter at the top. It offers three choices:
Past Due Balances - Only shows families with outstanding balances owed.
Prepaid Balances - Only shows families with credit memos on their accounts.
All Balances - Shows all family balances, both owed and prepaid.
The filter defaults to All Balances, working the same as before.
But you can now isolate just past due or just prepaid families. The filter is applied at the end to subtotals for improved visibility.
