The History tab shows important milestones in a family's journey with your center. But previously, completed tasks were sorted by when events were due rather than when they actually occurred. Now completed tasks are sorted by the completion date.
Here's how it works:
The "Date" column is now labeled "Event Date"
For tasks, the event date will show:
Date Added when the task was created
Date Completed when the task was finished
This gives you a sequential view of key events on a family's journey from first contact through enrollment.
