We've added a "Scheduled Days" checkbox to the enrollment interview form, seamlessly integrated with Enroll. Once a parent enters their child's schedule and submits the interview, Forms will automatically update the CRM system with the schedule data.

Payroll Deduction Credit Memo

We’ve added Payroll Deductions as an optional manual payment type to simplify how staff pay for childcare. When enabled, ‘Payroll Deduction’ will appear as an option when crediting an invoice and as a credit memo type to log credits ahead of invoice generation.

Bulk Export Families
Available in Unified
Centers using our CRM/CMS ‘Unified’ integration can now bulk export family and child data from the Enroll platform to Manage, including:
Data for any child in any status from Wait List to Enrolled
Data for Guardians in an exported child's family
The exported data is intelligent; meaning that if a child has multiple enrollment records in Engage, only the most recent will be exported. Additionally, if a record already exists in Manage, a duplicate will not be created. Instead, it will be linked to the corresponding record in Enroll.

Tag Guardians From Manage in Enroll

Now, when a new guardian is added to Enroll through Manage, two special tags are attached to the record:
Inquiry Type is set to "Unified Integration"
Guardian Source is set to "Unified Integration"
