When parents fill out admission interviews, there’s a need to capture which days of care are needed. Our new Confirm Scheduled Days checkboxes eliminate any uncertainty!
Here’s how it works:
In the enrollment interview, parents will now see a simple checkbox grid to confirm the days their child needs care.
In the US, parents can choose mornings and afternoons for each day of the week.
In Australia, parents select the days of the week.
For existing children, their current schedule is pre-populated, if present.
For new children, all days are selected by default but can be unchecked.
The interview will display five, six, or seven days of the week, depending on what days the location is open for business.
Once the interview is submitted, the child’s schedule is automatically updated in our system. Now there’s no more back and forth trying to verify the correct days!
