“Doesn’t Equal” Logic in Workflow Automations

Our latest automation feature, "Doesn't Equal" Logic, enhances workflow automations by giving users greater control and flexibility over automation triggers. Enhanced Financial Tracking: Posting Subsidy Payment Receipts to Alternate Cash Accounts

Users will find a new ledger mapping option within the Payers section of their billing configuration settings. Previously, the system limited how a center could track credits for subsidy payers, counting them as cash. We have now expanded this functionality to give centers the ability to map the receipt of funds to a separate General Ledger code as well.

We've introduced new functionality for Enterprise users called Advanced Roles and Permissions, enabling you to control access to these buttons and determine who can view and utilize them.
