Overview

Workflow Automations have been designed to simplify your processes, and the new "Doesn't Equal" logic feature further empowers you to customize and control your automations more precisely. This feature gives you the ability to set conditions based on a field not being equal to a specific value, thereby expanding your possibilities for automation customization.

Using the Feature

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use this feature:

  1. Open up the Add/Edit Automation modal.

  1. In the Operator select list, you'll find the "Doesn’t Equal" option placed between the "Equals" and "To/From" options. Select "Doesn't Equal".

  1. When the "Doesn't Equal" option is selected, the label on the fourth field will automatically update to "Doesn’t Equal".

  1. After setting up your workflow, the "Doesn't Equal" condition will work as expected, triggering the automation when the specified field doesn't match the defined value.

The "Doesn't Equal" option gives you greater flexibility in creating powerful and versatile workflow automations. You can use it to filter out specific conditions, helping you streamline your workflows and focus on the tasks that matter most.
