We understand how important it is to be able to reconcile your bank account with the information that is in LineLeader Engage/Manage. Outlined below is the path that your cash takes before hitting your bank. You will also find recommended resources you can use to track your money.

Where's my money between hitting the pay now button and showing up in a payout?

Once the “Pay Now” button is clicked or autopay runs, the payment is sent to our payment processor, Adyen. From there, Adyen will either verify the payment or send a chargeback. To track payments without a payout, we recommend running the Online Payments Transaction Report. From there, you can keep track of when a payment was made (pending) and when it was verified (succeeded). This report will also show you when a payout was made.

Where's my money between hitting seeing a payout and showing up in my bank?

Once you see a payout has been created, you will see the exact amount shown in LineLeader Engage/Manage deposited into your bank in 1-3 business days (as a note, LineLeader does not track this). If you wish to hold the payouts in a separate account until it has successfully been deposited, you can follow the steps below.

  1. Change your billing maps to move electronic transactions to a different account (possibly a “Holding” account).

  2. Once the payout has hit your bank account, manually move the cash from the holding account to your cash account.

*If you ever notice discrepancies between your bank account and LineLeader you can reach out to us at support@lineleader.com. We also recommend checking out the reports below:
