Admin Settings for Parent Led Registration (PLR)

To access and configure the Admin Settings in LineLeader Manage for Parent Led Registration go to "Admin" (in the left-hand side navigation menu) > "Configuration"

Registrations Cancellation Reasons

When an admin or parent cancels or ends a child’s schedule, they must enter a cancellation reason. Configure these cancellation reasons for your organization in Admin > Configuration > Registration Cancellation Reasons > Click Configure button.

Add as many cancellation reasons as you like. These reasons have the ability to drag and drop in your preferred order. They are parent-facing and will also appear in the child’s profile when you end their schedule.

Best Practice: We recommend adding Cancellation Reason – "Program Ends"

Pro Tip when ending a child's schedule/deactivating a child: Ensure your schedules (and schedules synced to Child Profiles) have an End Date (this cane be done via People > Scheduling > click the ellipse 3 dots > Edit)

Please Note: For Multi-Site organizations - different location may vary in their cancellation reasons. Reasons can be allocated across your multi-centers at once by selecting desired sites from the drop-down at the bottom of the Registration Cancellation Reasons section – ‘where do you want to apply these?

Schedule Types & Enrollment Caps

Admin > Configuration> Schedule Types > click on Configure button > From here you can "Add Schedule Type" OR find your Schedule Types in the list and manage them via the "Edit/Delete" link (to the right of each type)

Schedule Types allow you to define blocks of schedulable time, and define when a child will be in attendance. These are important for forecasting and capacity reporting and more and will be added to children's profiles.

Enrollment Caps help ensure you do not overbook a certain schedule type on any given day. This helps ensure you stay within your maximum capacity. These are found within each Schedule Type set-up under the "Max Daily Enrollment" for each day of the week fields.

  • Please Note: Max Daily Enrollment are per schedule type, not per class. ie. How many children can I have in my building before or after school?

Add schedule types configurable to your center - common Types of Schedules:

  • Before School

  • After School

  • Before-and-After School

  • Drop in – if you have a drop-in fee, we recommend having a drop in schedule to help manage them

  • Extended PM

  • Summer Camp

Chat Support

Allows organizations to provide families with access to their own internal support resources (What support resources would you like to provide families outside of LineLeader technical support?) . This can be helpful to encourage families to reach out to your team for their program questions and more.

Enable via Admin > Configuration Settings > Chat Support to add your unique link. Ensure it is "Enabled".

Grades Served

Each program can be limited to certain grades if applicable. This helps to ensure that the registration system will only show/make available programs that the child in question is applicable for. For example, you wouldn’t want a third grader to sign up for kindergarten care group.

Configure the grade levels that your organization offers (and that parents will have visibility to select in the registration form/site) via Admin > Configuration Settings > Grades Served.

These grades will display in your profile field drop down menu and registration forms.

Please Note: These are set and currently not customizable.

Dunning Communications

You can enable the automation of follow-up balance statement emails (for past due payments) to go out to families via Admin > Configuration Settings > Dunning Communications > Configure
