LineLeader Enroll - How to reschedule a tour/meeting

This article will outline the process to follow if you need to reschedule a tour/meeting.

Introduction

These days parents are busy with a lot of different commitments. Sometimes things pop without warning and we need to reschedule appointments. Tours and meetings within a childcare setting are no expectation, learn below on how using LineLeader Enrol makes it easier for you and your staff to reschedule a tour. It's important you follow the steps outlined below as this will ensure the parent receives a new tour confirmation email and reminder with the correct time/date.

Overview

  1. On your Action Dashboard. Dashboard > Action. Select the "Calendar" tab.

2. Use the arrows on the Calendar to navigate to the existing tour/meeting box.

3. Scroll down towards the bottom of the tour/meeting and click "Remove Meeting".


4. When you're ready to re-book the tour for the new date and time, follow the usual steps to book a tour/meeting outlined in scheduling a tour/meeting ensuring you enter the new date and time.


Rescheduling tours via the "Meetings Tab" in the "Family Hub"

If you already know the family who would like to re-schedule a tour/meeting, you can also follow the same steps via the Families "Family Hub".

  1. Navigate to the Families "Family Hub" you can do this by either using the Families Table or the "Search Families"

2. Once you are on the Families "Family Hub" scroll down to the "To Do" or "Future" tab. (depending on the date of the tour)

3. In the "To Do" or "Future" tab click on "ACTION" button next to existing tour/meeting.

4. Scroll down towards the bottom of the tour/meeting and click "REMOVE MEETNG.

5. When you're ready to re-book the tour for the new date and time, follow the usual steps to book a tour/meeting outlined in scheduling a tour/meeting ensuring you enter the new date and time, and set up the new reminders and staff notifications for the updated time/date.
