How to get there: Go to Automation → Message Templates.
Understanding the Templates Table
Each row in the table represents one template. You'll see these columns:
Template Name – The template's name.
Type – Whether the template is an email template or a text template.
Comm. Type – If Communication Types is enabled, shows how the template is categorized.
Location(s) Available – Which locations can see and use this template.
Tags – If Template Tags is enabled, shows any tags assigned to the template, including system-locked tags like "Used in Workflows" and "Used in Drips".
Subject – The subject line (email templates only).
Modified – The last time the template was updated.
Searching and Filtering
Use the controls above the table to narrow down your list.
Type in the Search Templates box to find templates by Template Name, Location(s) Available, or Subject.
If Template Tags is enabled, use the Tags dropdown to filter by one or more tags.
Toggle Show Archived to include or hide archived templates. By default, archived templates are hidden.
Note that if you select more than one tag, only templates that include all the tags you select will appear.
Note that if you select tags and enter something in the Search Template bar, only templates that have the selected tag(s) AND contain the Search Template content will appear.
Opening a Template
