We’re excited to announce the latest updates to our app! Our team has been working hard to enhance your experience and ensure smooth functionality. Here are the new features and improvements you can look forward to:
Sleep Moments Synchronization Across Platforms: Sleep moments that are created in the Manage platform will now automatically appear in the Engage app, ensuring that all relevant information is consistently available across both platforms. This update eliminates any gaps in tracking sleep moments, allowing staff and parents to view accurate, real-time data regardless of whether the information was entered via the web or mobile app.
Video Download Feature Added: Users now have the option to download videos from moments, rather than just viewing them. This new functionality gives you greater flexibility in managing and sharing content.
Pickup Details Display on Android: We’ve introduced a key enhancement for Android users that improves visibility and accountability during child pickups. The app now displays detailed information about who picked up the child at each pickup moment.
Check-In Moment Display Enhancement: The app has been updated to ensure greater transparency and accountability when tracking check-in moments. Moving forward, the name of the user who creates a check-in moment will now be clearly displayed alongside the moment itself.
Bug Fixes:
Improved Stability for Notifications: Notifications can now be sent without any disruption in the app, ensuring a smoother experience.
Keyboard Issue on iPhone Fixed: When typing messages on an iPhone, the keyboard will no longer obscure the screen. The screen now automatically adjusts and moves as you type, allowing users to see their full message while typing.
Observation Feature Restored: The issue preventing users from adding observations to portfolio moments has been fixed. You can now successfully add observations without any trouble.
Email Recipient Fix: When sending an email, the sender’s name will no longer appear in the “To” field. Instead, the field will now correctly display the intended recipient’s information.
