Manage Updates
Post Learning Moments After A Child is Checked Out ⏰
What’s Changed: Staff members can now post Learning Moments for children, even after they are checked out of the system. This will allow teachers to post learning moments after the child has left the center for the day.
Why You'll Love It: Flexibility for staff to post learning moments after check-out means important moments are still shared with families, even during busy days.
Track Payment Method Changes 💳
What’s Changed: Changes to payment methods are now tracked in the parent's history log, including payment type and the last four digits of the card.
Why You'll Love It: Improved visibility into payment changes helps with accurate record-keeping and provides reassurance.
Parent-Led Registration Enhancement 🎟️
What’s Changed: When parents enter competing coupons, parents will be able to select which coupon codes they'd like to apply to their cart at checkout. If the coupon cannot be stacked with automatically applied discounts, such as sibling discounts, the larger discount will prevail.
Why You'll Love It: Parents benefit from automatic application of the largest discount, simplifying the registration process and maximizing savings.
