  1. How do I find the URL for my organization for parent's to Register?

    1. Main Registration URL: "Manage" > "People" >click "New Registration" button in top right > click "Standard"

      1. Backspace the URL that is generated (otherwise the system will believe an Admin of the organization is registering the child)

      2. You are looking for a URL that is = app.momentpath.com/registration/?orgid= [Your LineLeader Manage Org ID]

        1. Your Org ID can be found in the top right of your LineLeader Manage platform when you are logged in by clicking on your User Name

    2. Designation URLs: More specific URLs you create for designated programs/family types can be found: Admin > Configuration > Designations > click on "Configure"

  2. How can I, as an Admin, manually register a child on a parent's behalf through the system?

    1. Go to: "Manage" > "People" >click "New Registration" button in top right > click "Standard"

      1. Fill out the registration with/for the parent

  3. I added a coupon code but I do not see anywhere in my registration flow/check-out anywhere to apply it?

    1. For a field to appear in your registration page to accept coupons you must enable coupon collection - Billing > Configuration > Settings > Options > Registration Discount Types : Coupon Codes

  4. How do we see if someone was not billed for a certain month?

    1. We recommend running the Plan Enrollments Report found in Billing >Reports >Plan Enrollments. This report will give you a good idea of the child’s last invoice date and the amount charged to catch anyone who might not have paid for the month in question.

      You can run it group by group or plan by plan to identify anyone who was not billed!

  5. How can we export the payout report so we can reconcile the payouts and what invoice payments are associated with each payout?

    • Reach out to LineLeader Support and ask them to enable this customization: quickBooksOnlineRevenueExport/enabled

    • This allows you to run the payout report and export all invoice level detail at once for the date range you've selected.

    • Once the customization is enabled then tap Billing > Reports > Payouts > Enter a Date Range > Update > Export to receive TONS of data on the invoices paid out.

  6. Parent visibility for their schedules on the mobile app?

    • Parents can only see schedules on the web right now.

    • Parents cannot see item charges that created schedules. They can refer to their invoices for that.

  7. Best practice if we have children in a default group + other electives/enrichment programs - Move them from the default group?

    • Its recommended to keep all kids in their default group and then use the schedule filter to bulk check in/move them to the electives after they are checked into the program itself.

  8. How many children are in each group and what is the capacity?

    1. Currently only families get the notification when they attempt to register if the class is full....is their somewhere for the Admin to see this as well?

      • Depending on how schedules are set up, Admins can see this on their Time > Scheduling page.

      • Staff knowing who to expect daily - This is the purpose of the "Attending Today" and "Not scheduled" portion of the app. If they're scheduled, they'll be in the upper section.

      • Admins can also run an Attendance Grid By Date Report to share with teachers if that is helpful to see in a grid format each day.
