After logging into a Forms URL, you can click on the Dashboard tab to view an overview of the Parent Portal. This view is different for Admins (will have access to all Forms) and Parents (will only have access to the forms they’ve started or completed.)

By default, the view is 3 days, but this can be adjusted using the menu in the upper right corner of the Dashboard.

At the bottom of the Dashboard, you can resume In-Progress Forms or be taken to the Completed area to download previously submitted Forms. The actionable items will depend on your currently selected view.
