You can create Custom Merge Variables to point parents directly to a specific Interview if a customer has multiple Interviews. This allows for our customers to send parents to a specific set of Forms vs. relying on the parent to select the correct set of Forms to fill out after logging in. The customer must have a URL associated with their Database in IMS for this feature to function properly.
Automation -> Marketplace -> ChildcareFORMS Button under “Current Integrations”
2. Create New Customer Merge Variable by clicking “Manage Multiple Forms Links” button.
Custom Merge Variables cannot:
1) CANNOT contain any special characters OR spaces
2) be edited once saved
3) be deleted once created
3. Manage Existing Merge Variables by clicking the “Map Multiple Forms Links” buttons. This is telling Enroll what existing Interview on the customers Form site you want the Merge Variable to point to.
4. Once created and associated with an Interview, the new merge variables can be found in the Variable tags selection in the Message Template editor. They are found at the top of the Guardian section
Any Custom Merge variable not assigned to an Interview will point parents to the Landing Page of all available Interviews on the URL, and the parent would be responsible to select the correct one to fill out.
