This article will show you how to set notifications in the FORMS PAY portal. You must have your PAY portal login to complete this task. If you don’t remember your login you will have to go the portal add your email address and click that you forgot your password.
Overview
Log in to the pay portal (https://payments.childcarecrm.com/)
In the left margin click > Admin
Then click Email Alerts
Select the Alert/s topic and notification type you would like a notification
Check that it is activated
Click the dropdown for the Alert and click the + sign next to ‘Send Email Alerts To’

STEP 3: Click Email Alerts
STEP 4: Select the Alert Topic
and Type
STEP 5: Turn the Notification on (if it is not on)
STEP 6: Click the dropdown and the + to add the email address
