If a customer wants a Family to bypass the required payment associated with an Interview so that their completed Forms are sent to Enroll, you must log into the Parent Portal URL using our Admin Credentials for username: ChildCareFormsAdmin@childcarecrm.com

Click on the customer logo to bypass the “Select your Location” screen

Once logged in, navigate to the In-Progress tab and locate the Family you wish to push to closed.

Locate the In-Progress Interview using details provided by the customer such as username.

Once located, click on the “Complete” button under the Action column

To successfully push an Interview to Finish, the Family must have answered all required questions in the Interview, and they must have signed all required signatures in the Signature Portal. If either of those are not true, you will receive an error message upon attempting to push to complete.
