Now available as a new feature in Manage, we've made several enhancements to Parent Led Registration (PLR) to improve the user experience. Putting the power of registration into the hands of parents, PLR empowers parents to manage their child's enrollment directly, making the registration process more convenient and efficient. Parents will find it easier to navigate with notifications for enrollment caps and a new Pre-K grade option, ensuring compliance and clarity. Additionally, selective billing coupons apply accurately, while new pricing options for selective week billing provide flexibility.

In addition to enhancements that saves your guardians time, we’ve also made changes to reduce administrative workload for centers. For instance, automatic default group updates and enrollment cap checks prevent overbooking, and flexible discount configurations streamline checkout for parents and ensures accurate billing for centers. Customizable registration fee rules and restricted registration days further optimize your center's operations and revenue management.

We’re excited to introduce app updates that enhance functionality with visible activity names, new payment displays, and improved tracking for a smoother, more insightful experience.

To streamline the user experience, we’ve added a new hierarchical view in Manage that enhances visibility and enables independent site creation. We’ve also standardized database entries to ensure data integrity and simplify locating org IDs, streamlining workflows.

Admins can now edit linked Enroll and Manage records for accuracy.

Now you can remove links between profiles in Manage and Engage, keeping your records clean and efficient.
