Navigate to “New” Tab to start filling a new FORM

Click and select the FORM Name. This will enable the “Begin Form” Button

In the event you leave the parent portal, the saved and incomplete form can be accessed in the “In-Progress” tab like in the screenshot below

In the event that you would like to re-visit a completed Form in future, please click on the “Completed” tab and select the Form
