Introduction
Images and videos can bring your templates to life, and capture the attention of your target audience. Using images and videos in your communication with families can help you stay ahead of the pack. By using images and videos to showcase your brand and your image you provide a consistent experience for families, which is something that our parents and families look for in a business.
To explore adding images and videos to your communications, First go to Automation > Message Templates. From there, click into an Existing Template or click on " + Add Template.
Once you're in the Email Editor, On the left you will see "CONTENT" click and drag the Image or Video Icon buttons and position them inside your email template.
Uploading an Image
For an image, double click on the "Double click to change the image" icon. This will allow you to upload an image from your machine.
Uploading a Video
For a video, you will need to make sure the video is available on the web first. For example YouTube.
Once you've dragged the video element into your template, you need to enter the URL in the "Video src" field.
