Previously, the General Attendance report only showed children who were present each day. But we've added the ability to also reflect absences for a more complete attendance picture.
Here's how it works:
A new "Include absences" toggle has been added.
When enabled, the report will include children who were scheduled but marked absent.
Their attendance fields will show:
Checked In By: ABSENT - [Cancel Reason]
Scheduled: Their scheduled hours that day
Now you can easily track both attendance and absences on the same report!
Benefits:
Single report shows present and absent children
Better understand overall daily attendance
Improve absence tracking for reservations credits etc.
No switching between reports
