The Workflow Automation page (accessed by clicking Automation > Automations in the lefthand navigation bar) features a "View Automations For" list for users who have access to multiple locations.

When a user changes the "Active" toggles to enable or disable a particular workflow automation, that automation will be enabled or disabled at the site or sites indicated in the "View Automations For" list.
