LineLeader Enroll supports the possibility of a child going through the enrollment process multiple times. There are several scenarios where this can happen, with two common examples being....

  • A child becomes a Lost Opportunity because they are put in a competitor's facility but a win-back marketing campaign persuades the parent to Enroll their child at your facility after being unhappy with your competitor.

  • A child is Enrolled in the three-year old class but is also on the Wait List for your four-year old class because there are no vacancies at the moment.

When a child is moved from Enrolled or Lost Opportunity to a pre-Enrolled status, a new record of the child is created so the new Enrollment Path can be tracked.

For users who have an Enroll-Manage integration, child records remain in sync but Manage does not support multiple Enrollment Paths. When a new copy of the child's record is created in Enroll to capture a new Enrollment Path, the corresponding child record in Manage is automatically updated to remain in sync with the new child record. No action is required by users to make this happen.

This article is simply to inform users of integrated Enroll-Manage systems about what happens to their linked records when Multiple Enrollment Paths are created in Enroll.
