The list of Workflow Automations (accessible by clicking Automation > Automations in the left navigation bar) can get quite large. To reduce the size of the table and make it easier to find the automation you are looking for, by default automations that are not used anywhere in your organization will be removed from the table.

If you want to see inactive workflow automations in your table, simply click the "Include inactive automations" toggle above the table:
