The Billing Plans and Attendance Report helps admins keep an eye on children that are enrolled in your center that may not be enrolled in a billing plan.

To access this report, tap Billing > Reports > Billing Plans and Attendance Report

Enrolled Children Without Billing Plans

This section will list all children that have an active schedule but are not enrolled in a billing plan. These children are actively scheduled to attend but are not enrolled in an ongoing billing plan to cover their tuition.

Children Receiving Care Without Billing Plans

This section will list all children that have attended within the last 30 days but were not actively enrolled in a billing plan on their latest attendance date.

  • Most Recent Attendance Date: Date the child was most recently checked into the app

  • Most Recent Billing Date: The last date the child received an invoice

Absentee Children With Billing Plans

This section is designed to show children that are being invoiced, but are not actively attending your center. This section will show children that are actively enrolled in billing plans that have not attended within the last 14 days.

Agency Children With High Absence Rates

The final section of this report will highlight children that have at least 8 absences within the last 90 days that are enrolled in a billing plan with a subsidy payer allocation. If your center accepts a third party subsidy program that monitors absent days, this section will help you keep an eye on children that may not receive their usual reimbursement due to lack of attendance.

Note: This report focuses on billing plan enrollment versus individual day charges. Ultimately, there are elements of this report you may wish to use to monitor drop in children but please note that this report will highlight children based on recurring billing plan enrollment.
