This article will explain the uses of the Statuses tab.

Settings > System Settings > Statuses 

These statuses have to do with the Active Opportunity Pipeline or the “Sales Cycle”. 

Essentially, this section defines the statuses you will see while using the ChildCareCRM system. While you cannot add or delete any statuses in this section, you can edit the names of the current statues and how they will appear in your system.
