Accessing Saved Username and Passwords
If you've recently migrated from ChildcareCRM to LineLeader Enroll, you may notice your browser is not showing your saved username and password as it usually would. This is because the URL you are using to access the system has changed. Even though it may seem as though your browser has forgotten your credentials, the steps outlined below will explain how you can retrieve your login credentials and access the LineLeader platform ASAP!
Please note: This article explains the process to follow if your selected Web browser is Google Chrome, the information may vary depending on your browser.
To check your saved credentials:
On your machine, open Google Chrome.
At the top right click the 3 dots > Settings
Go to Auto-fill > Password Manager.
Scroll through your Saved Password and check the "site" for the previous URL used such as live.childcare.com or live.childcarecrrm.au
Click on the "Show Password" eye icon to reveal the password ( You may have additional security options to reveal the password)
Copy and paste the username and password into the login screen.
