Learn how to add vaccination and immunization records

You can now use Manage to help keep an eye on immunizations! Follow the steps below to learn how to add immunizations to a child’s profile.

1. Tap on the child’s name to go to their profile.

2. Click the “Profile” tab and scroll down to the “Immunizations” section.

3. Click “+Add Immunization” and then select from the drop-down menu the immunization type. Then, select the date the vaccine was administered. If you need to add multiple dates, tap "Add Date". Then click “Save”.

4. See the next due date for this vaccine. These dates represent the CDC recommendations for vaccination schedules. If immunization is overdue, it will be indicated with a red "Overdue" flag.

Note: When logging an immunization, you may also mark a child as exempt from a single immunization dose or as exempt from an immunization altogether. This is an option when adding in a new immunization entry. This can help account for false due dates due to immunization schedules if a child's immunization due date approaches.
