After deactivating an account in Manage, you may need to reactivate them! Follow these steps to reactivate an account:
There are two ways to find a deactivated profile.
Option 1:
1. At the top of the page, activate the search bar by clicking on the magnifying glass. Type in the name or email address of the profile you are searching for. Be sure to checkmark the box that says "include inactive".
2. Next to the user’s name, tap on the three dots. Then select “Re-activate user”.
3. Confirm that you would like to reactivate the user. Reactivating a parent account will allow the parent to log into MomentPath again.
Option 2:
1. Tap on the “Manage” menu option and select “People”
2. Tap on the “filter” button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Then check the checkbox to show inactive people.
3. Scroll to find the account you would like to reactivate, then tap to open their profile.
4. Next to the user’s name, tap on the three dots. Then select “Re-activate user”
5. Confirm that you would like to reactivate the user. Reactivating a parent account will allow the parent to log into MomentPath again.
