If someone is no longer going to be receiving care at your center, deactivating their account is a simple way to keep your rosters up-to-date.
1. From the left-hand menu, choose “Manage” then “People”
2. Find the person that is leaving the center and click on their name to go to their profile. Click the three dots above their picture and select “Deactivate User”
3. Select a Deactivation Reason from the drop-down list.
Click Deactivate User.
4. You should record a withdrawal date for this child by entering a date in the “Withdraw Date” field.
5. The family members of the deactivated child will automatically be deactivated as well
Please note:
Once you deactivate family accounts, they will not be able to log in again to download photos or videos. You may wish to give them a week's notice to go in and archive anything they wish to keep before you deactivate their account.
