Groups allow you to see all of the groups within your organization as well as each group's capacity.

Administrators can quickly see, add, or manage their groups by tapping on the "Manage" icon on the left-hand menu bar.

Next, tap "Groups"

In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, tap "Add Group"

You can quickly name your group. Groups can include classrooms, extracurricular areas, before and after school programs, and more. Think of a group as a group of children or as a location your students may visit throughout the day.

By designating a group as an infant group, teachers will be able to log bottles for food moments.

After naming the group and adding the group capacity, tap "Save".

You will now see your new group on the Groups screen. Next, let's configure the group settings. Tap on the three dots in the upper left-hand corner of the group.

Tap "Configuration"

You may now edit your group configuration settings. This page will help ensure your reports and ratio widgets are up to date. If a field does not apply to your center, you may simply leave it blank. When you have added all applicable information, tap "Save"
