If you've enabled Express Drive-up for your MomentPath site, family members will have the option to complete the Family Check-In notes for staff before drop-off at your center. Staff members will be able to track which children are on their way in or out of the building.

Parents are able to tap "Check-In" under Express Drive-up on their Now screen:

Parents can then enter information about their child as well as an estimated time of arrival before arriving. Once they enter the information, they will tap save. If your center prefers the comment fields to be required or if you would like to require an electric Covid Screening, reach out to us at support@lineleader.com.

By clicking the "Save" button, the child will show up in your Express Drive-up widget with an estimated arrival time.

Parents that have completed express drive-up will have the option to notify the center when they have arrived at the center. Once they do so, the child's status will update in your dashboard widget to "I'm here".

Once the family member arrives for drop-off they are able to complete check-in using their PIN Code (if your center is using them) or the appropriate staff member will click "Waiting for Checkin" to complete the child's check-in form.
