To run an Immunizations report:

1. From app.momentpath.com, tap on "Reports" from the left-hand menu bar

2. Then, select “View Report” in the Immunizations Report box

3. You may choose to run this report by group or all. You may also select to show only past due immunizations. Then, tap "Update".

This report will show you the child's name with all of their overdue or upcoming immunizations. The due date for each immunization is also available. There is an option to choose to create a PDF of this information to print off if needed.

If an immunization date is coming up or if the immunization is past due, parents will also receive a notification reminder on their Now screen in the mobile app. As an admin, you can choose to disable the immunization reminders for families regarding upcoming and overdue reminders. To disable reminders please go to "Admin" in the left panel and under "Standard Immunizations" in the Configuration tab check the "Disable Mobile Immunization Reminders" box.
