PIN Code Check-In and Check-Out

PIN Code Check-In and Check-Out allows your staff and families to sign in and out of your center quickly each day while maintaining safety

Each staff and family member can be assigned a unique PIN (a.k.a. personal identification number) from their profile:

To launch the PIN Code screen, select People from the Main Menu.

Click the PIN Check In button.

Staff or Family will then enter their PIN Code and click Submit. Alternatively, parents can scan the QR code on the pin code check-in screen to complete this process on their own device.

Verify the included People are correct and complete the Check-in Details.

Click "Submit."

Admin notes:

  • You can configure a Master PIN Code for your site to lock your app in pin code kiosk mode in Admin settings.

  • If you're interested in pin code check-in and out and QR codes in your MomentPath site, you may enable these features under the Admin Settings at your site.

  • To locate where to enable these amazing new features please go to your Admin settings, find "Effortless Entry" and select "Configure."

  • As an admin, to view which families have pin codes you can run the Profile Report by selecting "Family" for Type, and in the Fields box search for "Pin Codes."
