As a parent, you are able to manage their child’s documents through the MomentPath app and app.momentpath.com to keep all of their important school documents in one area!
From the mobile app:
Once you log into the MomentPath App, you will have a card on your home screen informing you of any documents that still need to be signed or acknowledged.
If the document requires only an acknowledgment you can do so through the app by clicking on the document, selecting “next” in the upper right-hand corner, and clicking “ok” on the acknowledgment.
If the document requires a signature, you will need to complete this through app.momentpath.com. You can access your child’s documents on the website by going to their profile and scrolling to the bottom where you will find the “Documents” section.
From here, you can click the “Actions” dropdown and choose whether you want to view the template to print it out and sign it or upload the completed document to be reviewed by your center.
Once your center has reviewed your uploaded document, they will either approve or reject the document - updating the status on your child’s page.
