Data Validations offer family members the chance to update profile fields they may not always have the chance to update. Your center may initiate a data validation to offer parents the chance to update the profile fields that are not always editable. If your center initiated a data validation, follow these steps:
Data Validation allows parents to verify their profile information in the app.
1. Sign in to your account in the mobile app
2. On the “Now” Screen, a campaign section will appear called “Is your information up to date?”. Select “Verify Information.”
3. A menu will appear where the parent can update their profile information or verify that it is correct. If you need to update a field, tap on the "edit" icon to adjust the profile field. When you are happy with all of the data entered, select “Submit”.
4. Upon submission, your profile fields will automatically update.
Note:
Parents can only submit this information once until the next data validation campaign occurs.
