The Past Due Accounts Widget

The Past Due Accounts Widget provides administrators a quick view of any children that have past due open invoice

To access the Past Due Accounts widget, follow the steps below.


  1. Go to app.momentpath.com to access the web app and click on the Billing tab in the left panel.



2. On the Billing Overview screen, scroll down until you find the Past Due Accounts Widget. The widget will show the highest past due amounts, but you can click on the widget for an expanded view of all accounts.

3. Click “Show All” in the Past Due Accounts widget to open the widget into an expanded view.


4. The children with a red "(i)" next to their name means that the child is inactive and has a deactivated account.



5. You can click on a child’s name in the past due accounts widget to view their past due invoices on their profile.


Once the family has paid their past due amount, the child’s name will automatically be removed from the widget as long as the full amount has been satisfied.
