If a parent is not enrolled in autopay or if they were issued an invoice after autopay runs, you and the family member always have the option to go in and pay manually using the card or ACH on their profile. This feature will also allow you to specify the amount you would like to be charged to the card/ACH. This can be helpful if a parent splits their invoices between two different payment methods as well.

To pay an invoice manually follow these steps:

1. Go to the family account that the card or bank account is attached.

2. Navigate to the Transactions tab.

3. Locate the invoice you would like to pay.

4. Click the “Actions” button next to the invoice and select “Pay”.

5. You will then choose the payment method you would like to use if the parent has more than one on their account as well as the amount you would like to charge.

LineLeader will use the billing information that is attached to the account you are paying from to fulfill the invoice. If the account does not have any billing information attached to it, you will not be able to fulfill the invoice using the “Pay” option.
