There are many things that can cause a child’s billing plan to change. Whether they had a birthday, a change in scheduling, or maybe they are graduating from your center and no longer need a billing plan. With the Upcoming Billing Adjustments Widget you can see who may have one of these changes coming up at one quick glance.

In order for this widget to work properly, you will want to make sure the following things are covered first:

  1. Ensure every child has a schedule. If you know the schedule is ending and a new one is starting, enter that as well so you can be notified when that date is 30 days away.
Ensure every child has a date of birth on their profile. The widget will show you any child that has a birthday within the next 30 days.

  2. If you know a child is withdrawing from your center on a certain date, be sure to note that on their profile so it surfaces on the widget and you don’t miss the date.

  3. Once all of the items above are in order, you will start to see some information surface in your widget!

1. From the widget on your billing dashboard, you will see the generic view of children that meet one of the criteria for a billing adjustment. If you click on the widget using the “All Billing Adjustments” button you will see a detailed view of every child.

2. Looking at the image below, you can see that Brady Blake has a schedule ending on 6/20 so I will want to make sure he has a new schedule starting (if needed). You can also see that Lita An has a birthday on 6/03, so maybe I need to change her schedule and billing plan.

3. If I wanted to see further than the next 30 days, I can use the date filter at the top to jump to any date range.

4. Once I have made any necessary changes to the child’s profile, I can click Actions> Resolve to remove the child from the list. If I need to go back in time, I can select “Show Resolved” to see any item I had previously removed.
