How to send a balance notice

Learn how to send a payment reminder to a client who may be behind on payments

Sometimes caregivers fall behind on payments. Sending balance reminders has never been easier! Follow these steps to learn how to send a reminder and to see when you last sent a balance notice.

1. Tap into a Parent’s profile, then tap on the “Transactions” tab.

2. Scroll down to the "Invoices and Payments" section and tap the "Send Balance Notice" button.

3. If you have sent a balance notice before, you will see the last date you sent the reminder. You have the option to add a message for the parent to see and to send a copy of the notice to yourself. Once you are satisfied with the message, tap "Save".

4. The notice is immediately sent to the guardian.
