How to pay invoices in the mobile app

Families will follow these steps to put in their payment info and make payments.

Families will receive an invoice via email once you have assigned a plan to their child or student.

Once you log in using the Mobile App, the feed will feature a Billing section right at the top! You can click the "Pay Now" button right from the dashboard.

Clicking the "Pay Now" button directs you to the Billing Account tab of their profile.

If you haven't already added payment methods to your profile, this will be the first necessary step before making a payment.

You can add a bank account or a credit card from this screen.

Once a card and/or bank account has been added, you can set up AutoPay. You will need to choose which type of account to use for the auto payments.

If you choose not to enable AutoPay, you can make payments by checking the invoice you would like to pay and clicking pay in the upper-righthand corner. You will then be able to choose the payment method they would like to use. Once confirming method of payment, you will get a confirmation the payment has been submitted!

Previous invoices can be viewed by navigating to the Billing tab.
