How to Register or Enroll a Child in CRM+

This article will take you through step by step on how to Register or Enrol a child in the CRM+ platform.

1. Go to the Families "Family Hub" you can do this by searching the name, phone number or email address in the search bar or via the Families Table.

2. On the “Family Hub” screen, under “FAMILY INFO”, click the row the child is on. There MUST be at least one child on the record.

3. On the Edit child modal, dropdown the "Status for Child's name".

4. Change the “Child Status” to “Registered" or "Enrolled (Started)". You should also provide the "Actual Start Date" and "Enrolled Reason"

Please note: These statuses may be named differently in your CRM, generally speaking it is the statuses after "Wait List".

5. Press the “SAVE” button at the bottom to finalise the status change.
